# *🧪 Mechanism of Action (MOA)*

*Spinosad* is a mixture of spinosyn A & D derived from Saccharopolyspora spinosa.
It works through:

# *📝 Dosage & Administration*

### *For Scabies:*

* Apply *from neck to toes*, including finger/toe webs.
* Leave for *8–12 hours*, then wash off.
* One application is usually enough, but may repeat after 7 days if required.

### *For Head Lice:*

1. Apply to *dry hair & scalp*.

2. Ensure full coverage.
3. Leave for *10 minutes*.
4. Rinse thoroughly with water.
5. No combing required.
