1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of www.adorabellabd.com (the “Site”), operated by Adorabella Health Care Ltd. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 18 or over to create an account or place an order.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • Information you provide must be accurate. Providing false information may result in cancellation of orders or termination of your account.
  • You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

3. Products and Descriptions

  • Descriptions and images are indicative. Packaging, colour and minor formulation details may vary between batches.
  • Availability. Stock changes continuously. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer a wait, a substitute, or a full refund for that item.
  • Pricing. All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Where a price is listed in error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
  • Taxes. Prices include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of sale.

4. Information About Products Is Not Medical Advice

This is important, because many of our products are medicated.

  • Product descriptions, blog articles and any other content on this Site are general information only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
  • We do not diagnose conditions, and we do not provide dosing instructions for any individual.

5. Orders and Payment

  • An order becomes a binding contract when we confirm it.
  • We accept bKash, Nagad, Visa and Mastercard, and offer cash on delivery nationwide.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, including where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where a pricing error has occurred. Where payment has been taken, it will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery areas, timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. In summary: nationwide delivery, typically 1–3 business days inside Dhaka and 3–7 business days elsewhere. Responsibility for the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our full terms are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. In summary: damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported within 3 days of delivery for refund or replacement. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, because these are personal care and medicated products.

This does not limit any right you have under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 or other applicable Bangladeshi law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, brand names, text, photographs and graphics — belongs to Adorabella Health Care Ltd. or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit it without our written consent. Unauthorised use may infringe the Copyright Act 2000.

You may share links to our pages, and quote short extracts with attribution.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or other users’ accounts
  • Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy product data or content
  • Use bots or automated tools to place orders
  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Site
  • Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or that makes medical claims about our products
  • Impersonate another person or business

We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.

If you submit a review or comment, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience. We may publish, decline to publish, or remove submissions. We may remove content that makes therapeutic claims, identifies third parties, or contains personal medical details.

  • The courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
  • We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly, before formal proceedings.
