Bellova SPF 50+ Lotion is a broad-spectrum sunscreen built around a different priority than our Ray Expert Lotion: where Ray Expert is formulated for acne-prone skin, Bellova is formulated for people specifically trying to manage dark spots, melasma, and uneven tone alongside daily sun protection.
Key ingredients
- Zinc Oxide & Titanium Dioxide — mineral UV filters providing broad-spectrum physical protection.
- Tinosorb M, Uvinul A Plus & Uvinul T 150 — modern chemical UV filters chosen for photostability, meaning they hold up well under sustained sun exposure.
- Niacinamide — brightens and calms skin, and supports the barrier alongside the pigment-targeting actives below.
- Tranexamic Acid, Licorice Root Extract & Alpha Arbutin — a combination commonly used to target dark spots, melasma, and uneven tone.
Why sunscreen matters for pigmentation specifically
UV exposure is one of the main triggers that keeps melasma and dark spots from fading, even when you’re using a treatment cream for them — so a sunscreen formulated to be worn every single day, on top of a brightening or melasma treatment, is doing real work rather than being optional. If you’re using a treatment like Analite Cream, daily sunscreen is what protects that progress.
How it’s used
Applied as the final step of a morning routine, reapplied if you’re outdoors for extended periods, same as any sunscreen.
