Adoscab Bar is a medicated bathing bar for scabies, lice, and related parasitic skin conditions. It shares the same active combination as our Perbella Bar (Permethrin, Calamine, Cetrimide) — both are stocked as brand options with the same core formulation.
Key ingredients
- Permethrin 1% — kills scabies mites and their eggs.
- Calamine 1% — soothes itching and irritation.
- Cetrimide 0.5% — an antiseptic that reduces the risk of secondary bacterial infection.
- Glycerin, Aloe Vera & Vitamin E — keep skin from feeling dry or stripped during treatment.
How it’s used
Used as a bathing bar in place of regular soap, for the duration your doctor or pharmacist recommends. Scabies treatment usually needs a full course and is often repeated on a schedule to clear mite eggs, not just a single wash.

Household members may need treating at the same time to prevent reinfection — ask your pharmacist. See a doctor if itching persists more than 2–4 weeks after finishing treatment, the rash spreads, or if treating a young child.
